This Terms of Use applies to the Site only and does not apply to the web sites of third parties. Please read our Terms of Use carefully.
The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, notices and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must not use this Site or any materials contained within it. TISA reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice and by using the TISA Site subsequent to any revision of the Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by such changes.
Minimum Age. The Site, its products and services are not available to individuals under the age of 18. If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use the Site, its products or services. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any information about yourself through this Site.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms of Use, all courses listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the courses to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the courses you have ordered.
Prices. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a course will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes. All such taxes, if any, will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences. We may offer from time to time promotions on the Site that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
Payment Terms. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept PayPal for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.
Licensure and Accreditation. You are aware and agree that no continuing education credits including any continuing education credits (CEs), continuing medical education credits (CMEs), continuing nursing education credits (CNEs) or accreditation credits of any kind, or for any professional organization or licensing body, are provided with, or can be obtained from, either partial completion or full completion of this course. In addition, there is no representation or guarantee that completion of this course can satisfy any licensure requirements, or any type of requirement for training in suicide assessment and prevention by any professional licensing body, governmental agency, healthcare facility, organization, or company of any kind.
TISA neither warrants nor represents that your use of the Content or the Site will not infringe rights of third parties. You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, republish, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content or the Site in any way for any public or commercial purpose. REMEDY. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE TO CEASE USING THE SITE.

Force Majeure. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TISA Parties and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf or by third parties as a result of your use of this Site or any content contained on this Site.
Governing Law. This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States of America without reference to its laws relating to conflicts of laws. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Merrimack County, the State of New Hampshire, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of the site and this Agreement.
Assignment. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
Modification. TISA may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
Notices. We may provide any notice to you under these Terms of Use by: (i) sending a message to the email address you provide or (ii) by posting to the Site. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email and notices we provide by posting will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.
Additional Terms. Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
Severability. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Headings. The heading used in these Terms and Conditions are included by convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing.
Privacy. TISA cares about your privacy. Only authorized employees within TISA have access to information collected from Users. Users’ information is confidential and will not be divulged to any third parties. WE WILL NOT SELL, SHARE, OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY OR USE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR UNSOLICITED MAIL. ANY EMAILS SENT BY TISA WILL ONLY BE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF AGREED SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
